Being in España, it felt a little odd to be craving this, but when the appetite calls, food is only a few review searches away.
That’s how I stumbled across this hidden gem—tucked away on a quiet street, almost invisible behind plain building facades. From the outside, you’d never expect it. But step inside and the surprise is instant: neat tables, a cozy atmosphere, small but inviting.
For my order I went with:
• Ramen con ternera estofada
• Xiao long bao de cerdo
The ramen arrived with thick, delicious noodles and crisp green bok choy, all swimming in a rich broth paired with tender beef. The portion size was so generous it honestly felt like a steal. Even my wife—who doesn’t usually care for ramen—was curious enough to taste it.
Once I poured the broth over the noodles, it all came together. The warmth hit my stomach just right, exactly the comfort I’d been craving. The beef itself was melt-off-the-bone tender, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly.
Then came the dumplings: four delicate xiao long bao, soft, juicy, and paired with soy sauce that balanced them beautifully. Bite after bite, they were flawless—simple, but done with care.
Ramen with beef broth and dumplings—at just €19—left me feeling like I had dined in a Michelin-starred spot.

Amazing! 5 stars are not enough ⭐️ The best ramen we’ve tasted! Was a bit skeptical to visit due to the lack of reviews but it was total worth it! The service was also amazing. Would definitely visit again once in Madrid!!

The food here was all amazing. We loved the cold peanut noodles (expect thick noodles in a deliciously peanut and vinegar sauce) and the ramen con salsa. The food was so good that my friend and I both ordered seconds to go.

I visited this ramen spot solo, and it was great ! The ramen was authentic and soul-warming, with amazing flavors and very fulfilling . The staff were super friendly too and very quiet ambiance. Definitely a place I’ll return to!

The noodles are hand pulled there at the restaurant, and you can even watch them being made! The prices are great for the quality and amount of food you receive. The service was excellent. It’s hard to find good Asian food in Spain so I’m glad we found this place. Value is good for what you get. Generous noodle portions. Just wish the broth was a little richer!

The quality here is similar to the delicious noodle shops I’ve eaten at throughout Taiwan. The service was friendly and efficient. Prices are very fair for the quality of food. The restaurant itself is not fancy but it is very clean, bright, and has tables spaced out so that meals are comfortable. We accidentally found this place and ordered two bowls of beef noodles and it turned out really tasty. We were coming from US and this is very similar to what we had in China and we liked it so much we came again the second day.

Delicious Ramen! The waiters are very kind and the service is fast. I recommend taking the spicier Ramen since it has much more taste.

Hand pulled Chinese noodles. Delicious. Small menu but you probably couldn’t find more authentically chewy noodles if you flew to China.

Really enjoyed this place. Cozy and quiet. The staff is more than welcoming and their noodles are fresh. Among the best I ever had. They could work on better broths and more flavours but as of now is one of my favs.
